Terry G Adams - Attorney, Owner
Terry is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and The University of Memphis Law School. Terry's practice focuses on Real Estate Law, Contracts, Negotiations, Commercial and Business Transactions, Sports and Entertainment Law and Estate Planning. By owning both the title company and law firm, Terry is able to answer questions and resolve the issues that can arise on a daily basis in the title industry.
Phillis Burnett - President, Owner
Phillis has over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Prior to opening Admiral Title, Inc. with her husband, Terry Adams, Phillis worked for Mortgage Investors Group as a Loan Officer, and later Vice President and Production Manager. Phillis' knowledge of the industry from both sides of the table enables her to answer any and all questions that might arise during a closing, and ensure a smooth closing process. Phillis is also the Treasurer for the Knoxville Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors and an Affiliate Director of the Knoxville Mortgage Banker’s Association.
R. Scott Pearson - Attorney
Scott is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and the University of Memphis Law School and has been with Admiral Title and the Adams Law Firm since 2004. Scott's practice focuses on Real Estate Law, with a specific focus on title, land use and planning law. Scott oversees all the Adminal Title, Inc.'s title searches and recordings. Like Terry, Scott is available in office to help in resolving issues that arise daily.
Eric Lezatte - Abstractor, Closer
Eric is a graduate of The University of Tennessee, Chattanooga and DePaul University College of Law, and handles Admiral Title, Inc.'s title work for the counties surrounding Knox County. His knowledge of the file from title search to closing table allows him to answer any questions and handle any issues that might arise during the closing process.
Jessica Long - Closing Agent
Jessica is a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Business and a former loan officer with Mortgage Investors Group. Jessica has been with Admiral Title, Inc. since 2008. Her Experience on both sides of the closing table give her a unique ability to handle situations on the fly, and assist our clients in finding the best possible solution to any problem.
Cissie King - Closing Agent
Cissie has over 20 years experience in the title industry. Her years of experience and vast knowledge in the handling of residential and commercial transactions, estate sales, foreclosures and relocation closings ensure that there isn't a problem or situation that Cissie is unable to handle.
Leslie Bohanan – Closing Processor
Leslie is the newest member of the Admiral Title Staff having been with us since December 2010. Leslie coordinates closing with buyers, sellers, Realtors, and lenders. She works directly with Jessica and Cissie to prepare the files for closing.
